Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Grayscale sells digital educational content. When you buy a course or the Complete Bundle, you get immediate access to the full content in your dashboard. Because that knowledge can't be returned once it's been delivered, every purchase is non-refundable.

Before you buy

• Every course page shows what you'll learn and a summary of every lesson, so you know exactly what you're getting.
• Try our free courses first to see how Grayscale lessons work.
• At checkout, you confirm that you understand you get instant access and that all sales are final.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice for the same item) or you can't access a course you paid for, email support@yourdomain.com and we'll fix it.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that can't be waived. By requesting immediate access to digital content at checkout, you agree that any statutory right to cancel ends once access begins, where the law allows this.

Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or reversed, access to the related courses is removed. Please contact us first. We're happy to help with any problem.
